Garment Production Planner - Work in Bac Giang

1. Pre Loading:
- Receive Yearly loading from CN and work prices with Factory and CN side to get prices confirmed
- Work with factory to get line commitment
- Est separate yearly order plan to each fty. ==> Share to fty and other department monthly.
- Build capacity yearly plan
- Tracking Order issueing 3 month before production time
- Compare forecast with actual order issue
- Report to Manager and China team in case Over and underload
2. Issue Plan:
- Receive order Plan
- Build loading Plan base on delivery , qty and SAM
- Compare loading plan with capacity plan
- Adjust Factory allocation if necessary
- Study T/P, choose suitable style to different factory for quotation
- Base on their capacity/price for final order allocation and prepare the contract accordingly.
- Based on OP and order fty allocation, make master tracking summary and the split the order to different Team/PIC
- Work with factory to build WIP file and sale team for Plan material ETA
- Analize WIP file with Sam data to ensure WIP is reasonable for make sure delivery ontime , loading line match with capacity , material can catch input date
3. Balance Plan
- Build order summary and compare with Yearly Plan
- In case underload , contact with sale team for get order
- In case Overload , Rebalance loading line with factory and discuss with factory to open more line
- Work with MD/Outsource team to final styles and qty to find outsource factory
- In worst case move back to CN
4. Follow Plan
- Regular cross check the order VS capacity and hold a meeting with MD for detail fty Plan review
- Monitor Key figure in production such as on time of sampling, material ETA, input, output, status inspection, shipment and analyze/summarize related management report
- Regular cross with the production status and make sure fty online on time and can be finished on time
- Receive Order Plan update from CN and compare with previous data
- Matching Order plan and work with factory to adjust WIP file if necessary
- Analize update OP and WIP to foresee problem coming
- Pushing PMC and PTC if need
- Working close with factory and MD team to get actual production status, especially for actual input date and daily output
- Compare and analyze between actual WIP and Plan
- Work with factory and MD in case of advance or delay delivery
5. Shipping Status
- Release the shipping plan to MD, Fty, CN team base on timeline ( PVH: 3 weeks, VF: 2 weeks , EB: 2 weeks). Make sure booking on time and callout if have any missing or late booking.
