1. Setting up, revising, and issuing procedures related to customer standards.2. QMS procedure set up, including quality standards、 inspection procedure、work instructions、customer requirements3. Maintaining and updating procedures in the quality manual.4. Ensuring full application of customer standards at the factory.5. Preparing and following up on internal& external quality audit processes.6. Coordinating with departments for customer visits and factory evaluations.7. Implementing quality system improvement plans.8. Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports for defective materials/products for further review and improvements.9. Organizing meetings with managers, team leaders, and other departments to discuss quality issues and update standards and product requirements.10. 1. At least 3-year experience as QA manager/supervisor in garment industry.2. An entrepreneurial and open mindset, and self motivated personality.3. Effective communication and leadership skills.4. Proficiency in English communication(listening/speaking/reading/writing) and Microsoft Office are preferable.5. Familiar with ISO9001:2015 standard are preferable.
