1. Setting up, revising, and issuing procedures related to customer standards.2. QMS procedure set up, including quality standards、 inspection procedure、work instructions、customer requirements3. Maintaining and updating procedures in the quality manual.4. Ensuring full application of customer standards at the factory.5. Preparing and following up on internal& external quality audit processes.6. Coordinating with departments for customer visits and factory evaluations.7. Implementing quality system improvement plans.8. Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports for defective materials/products for further review and improvements.9. Organizing meetings with managers, team leaders, and other departments to discuss quality issues and update standards and product requirements.10. Managing the QA team through regular activities/meetings to share new info, follow up tasks, and solve challenges.11. Team development through On-the-job training activity.
