- Analyze and improve garment manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality and efficiency, optimize manpower, and reduce cost.
- This role focuses on data collection, analysis, shop floor implementation.
* Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Analyze Cutting → Sewing → Finishing → Packing processes. Identify bottlenecks, WIP and production waste.
- Method & Time Study: Analyze work methods, motion, Cycle Time and SAM. Improve working methods, motion and operation efficiency.
- Line Balancing: Balance operations in sewing lines. Optimize machine and manpower allocation to improve line productivity and efficiency.
- Garment Technology: Analyze garment construction, sewing operations, sewing machines, folders/jigs and suitable sewing methods.
- Quality Improvement: Analyze defects using Root Cause, 5 Why and Pareto. Implement corrective and preventive solutions.
- Lean & CI: Implement Kaizen, 5S, QCO and Poka-Yoke. Reduce WIP, Lead Time and Non-value-added activities.
- Layout & Material Flow: Improve production layout, workstations, material flow and Work-in-process movement.
- Automation: Identify Automation/Semi-Automation, jig and supporting-equipment opportunities to improve productivity and optimize manpower.
- Project & Data: Implement improvement projects. Evaluate Before/After, Saving and Capacity increased. Standardize and sustain results.
Yêu cầu
1. Education
- University/College
- Graduated in Garment Technology, Apparel Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in CI / Production / IE
- Fresh graduates are welcome
3. Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt preferred, Green Belt is a plus)
- Understanding of Lean tools: 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, 5S
- Time study / work study basics
- Data analysis: Excel (basic required)
4. Soft Skills
- Analytical & problem-solving mindset
- Communication skills
- Willing to work directly on the production floor
- Teamwork and coordination skills
