2. Job Responsibilities
Managing revenue and issuing invoices to clients in Germany
Working directly with Managing Directors to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
Verifying invoices, controlling costs, and preparing payment orders
Coordinating with external tax consultants in Germany for monthly financial reports
Reviewing reports, comparing budgets, and providing analysis/comments
Supporting loan contracts, loan schedules, and interest payments
Preparing cash flow reports, business plans, and internal management reports
Identifying operational/accounting issues and contributing to process improvements
