Accounting (Daily/Monthly)
Prepare documents for daily operations: issue/track e-invoices, bank receipts.
Submit online bank payments for approval and handle banking matters.
Enter daily transactions in the accounting software.
Perform monthly and annual closing.
Prepare CIT, VAT, and PIT quarterly reports.
Perform any other task as assigned by the Office Manager/BOD as and when required.
HR & Admin (Daily)
Manage records and timely signing of labor contracts and insurance policies.
Track working time, annual leave, and staff reimbursements.
Calculate and pay monthly salaries and social insurance.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning: stationery, equipment, and facilities.
Handle correspondence, documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping for teams and management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting.
Strong communication skills; fluent English.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset; able to handle tasks and situations quickly and flexibly.
