We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Accountant to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and internal control activities.
The position offers exposure to budgeting, cash flow management, process improvement, and working closely with management in a dynamic and professional environment.
Job description
Accounting:
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, management reports and other analysis reports as required.
Manage AR, AP, ensure to collect AR, make payment on time.
Ensure all revenues, costs, and expenses are accurately and timely recorded in compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standards and company policies.
Review general ledgers, P&L, BS. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and comply with Vietnam regulations.
Prepare cash flow forecasts, monitor cash requirements, and budgeting and financial planning activities.
Coordinate with external auditors and prepare supporting documents for annual audits.
Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reports when required.
Review all accounting procedure to improve internal control. Be required to recognize risks of data and report to BOD for solution.
Other task assigned by manager.
Tax:
Monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, and FCT)
Be able to deal with Tax officers if there are any Tax issues.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance is required.
Minimum 3-year experience in similar positions.
Experience working with ERP System is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analyze, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
