Accounting operations:
• Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements;
• Record all non-cash transactions, e.g. salaries, insurance, PIT, and transfer in the month-end close;
• Calculate costing and analyze of variable cost;
• Perform monthly bookkeeping closing, including checking the work of accountants;
• Reconcile general ledger versus sub-account ledger and prepare financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and yearly;
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Reconciliations);
• Ensure timely submission of periodic reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCWT, audited financial statement, and all other taxes) and statutory compliance (DPI, Statistics);
• Perform counting for inventory/assets according to the company's regulations;
Accounting management:
• Prepare management reports to other departments
• Participate in the preparation of reports and explanations for the periodical audit of the company;
• Overall the CRM & ERP systems and assist other departments for any issues related to accounting
• Track P&L budget according to business unit for monthly, quarterly, and yearly;
• Perform other accounting & finance tasks assigned by the HR &
