Dream Job Alert! $1,000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a General Accountant (Manufacturing, ID 17760) for a foreign investment company.
Supervise and provide on-the-job training to junior accountants and team members to enhance performance and technical knowledge.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate recordkeeping.
Ensure deadlines for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities are met.
Review and verify accounting entries and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support the
Assistant Manager in reviewing payment documents before approval.
Monitor and record sales, services, and finance revenue under assigned responsibilities.
Perform timely reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations and related documentation.
Collaborate with the Assistant Manager during tax reviews, audits, and refund processes.
Ensure proper tax coding and maintain adequate supporting documentation for all transactions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports and IFRS reporting packages.
Conduct preliminary financial analyses and provide data to support management decision-making.
Contribute to the preparation of the annual financial statements and ensure compliance with VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards).
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., tax consultants, authorities) under the guidance of the Assistant Manager.
Facilitate effective communication between junior staff and senior management.
Keep the team updated on changes in accounting and tax laws, regulations, and circulars.
Requirement
Male/Female, 25-35 years old
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 03 years of experience General Accountant in Manufacturing Companies,
Good experience in AR, AP, Tax and Cost Management
English: Good at reading and writing, Fair communication skills
