General Accountant (Nhân Viên Kế Toán Tổng hợp)

- Monitor accounts payable for all suppliers, including both domestic and overseas vendors.
- Prepare preliminary payment plans and payment requests.
- Prepare and submit VAT, CIT, and PIT tax declarations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Review import orders and purchases of fabrics and raw materials for export manufacturing (FOB); monitor inventory movements and stock balances; issue raw materials for production and subcontracting activities.
- Prepare internal reports as required by the Board of Directors.
- Calculate production costs and product costing.
- Prepare daily payment reports, payment plans, and budget reports.
- Prepare daily cash receipt and payment reports.
- Manage cash control, receipts, payments, and banking transactions.
- Compile, verify, and reconcile finished goods delivery notes and import customs declarations; monitor revenue; prepare collection requests from the parent company; and process overship debit notes.
- Prepare export invoices.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors and the Chief Accountant.
