What you will do:
Build & Operate the Accounting System
Daily Operations
• Record and verify accounting transactions (receipts, payments, invoices, accruals, etc.).
• Manage cash flow and bank transactions; prepare bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and update accounting books, general ledger, and supporting schedules.
• Check and classify accounting documents before posting.
Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Tasks
• Prepare monthly trial balance and financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Process tax declaration (VAT, PIT, CIT) and statutory compliance.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts, supplier, and customer balances.
• Monitor expense allocation, accruals, and prepayments.
• Assist in preparing annual financial statements.
• Support internal and external audits, provide necessary documents and explanations.
Financial Management & Cost Control
• Summarize and analyze cost, revenue, and profit data.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Business teams to maintain healthy cash flow and spending efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu
Whom we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fluent in English ( - IELTS 6.5)
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations
• MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., Ecount, MISA, FAST, or ERP systems), analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, proactive, able to work under pressure
Flexible Working Schedule:
Monday: Work remotely
Tuesday - Friday: Work at the office
