1. YOUR RESPONBILITIES
- Scrutinize financial statements for accuracy and make sure they comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Review account books and examine accounting systems to ensure they are efficient and follow all accounting procedures mandated by the School and the government
- Create Journal Vouchers for some key expense's allocations, special payments, accrue & revert some special expenses.
- Evaluate financial operations and advise management on ways to improve practices and procedures
- Support chief accountant to prepare corporate reports (if any) to meet deadline for monthly/quarterly closing finance book and required reports.
- Maintain accurate and precise financial records, keep them organized according to the School standards
- Become familiar with and follow internal guidelines for the position
- Make and document the School's payments
- Work as part of the accounting department to keep finances running smoothly
- Keep documentation of all internal transactions
- Be in charge for tax in Vietnam entity
- Display excellent time management and problems solving skills
- Complete other assignments according to the School's requirement
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- 3-5 years of experience experiences working in General Accountant position, refer to have experience in Education industry
- Advanced in accounting software, MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Good team works with excellent communication and coordination skills
