GENERAL ACCOUNTANT
• Ledger and accounting management: Execute and control accounting transactions within the SAP system (FI/CO modules). Ensure all economic transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Inventory & Cost Management: Closely monitor inventory levels (inflow, outflow, and stock). Control the cost of goods sold (COGS) and conduct periodic inventory reconciliation with the logistics department.
• Accounts Receivable/Amounts Payable (AR/AP): Account for incoming invoices, track accounts receivable and payable, especially transactions with foreign suppliers and related parties (inter-company).
• Fixed Assets: Participate in periodic inspections and inventories.
• Tax Reporting: Prepare periodic VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Contractor Tax (FCT) returns. Ensure compliance with current Vietnamese tax regulations.
• Financial & Management Reporting:
o Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (VAS).
o Prepare management reports as required by the Group (usually standard IFRS) through the SAP system.
o Facilitate data exchange between the SAP system and actual data.
• Auditing & Inspection: Work with independent audit firms and tax authorities as required.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor bank balances, perform ongoing international payment procedures (LC, TT, etc.), and manage risk-weighted pricing.
Yêu cầu
• Education: accounting, taxes, auditing, banking and finance
• Good at using data analysis platform
• Proficiency in Ms. Office and other related tools, SAP
• At least 2-3 years of experience in General Accountant position
• Good management skills (working with AP & AR team and responsible for reporting to Financial Controller/Chief Accountant)
• Knowledge:
o Thorough understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
o Understanding of tax regulations and regulations on related party transactions (Transfer Pricing).
• Other skills: Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table...), logical thinking, meticulousness, and ability to work under pressure with monthly closing deadlines. Experience using SAP software is an advantage.
• English: Good spoken English (reading and understanding technical documents, writing emails for communication with headquarters and reporting to the foreign director).
• Honestly, capable of multitasking, working with high pressure
