• For production document: accountant receives the document from production including production orders, outsourcing orders..., verify documents, check the accuracy of numbers and records according to regulations, account the arising transactions including creating article number for new materials, setting bill of materials, output materials for production in input semi-finished products and finished products when production completed.
• For
purchasing documents including materials, goods, fixed assets, tools and equipment..., verify document; fully, accurately and promptly account the arising transactions;
• Records other arising transactions related to accounting jobs;
• Reconcile the inventory records with the relevant departments, review the entered data to ensure accuracy for accounting and management purposes.
• Provides support to other departments in tasks related to accounting.
• Do other jobs of the accounting department, as assigned by the Chief accountant. Accounting jobs can be assigned partly, transferred or changed in the accounting department to achieve the best results;
• Gather, print, store, preserve accounting documents, keep accounting data confidential.
