Process and record financial transactions in the general ledger with precision and accuracy.
Perform accounts receivable and income auditor functions, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
Monitor and control accounts receivable balances to ensure timely collections and prevent overdue aging.
Enhance daily revenue audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of all income streams.
Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner.
Enter and verify financial data into accounting software systems while maintaining data integrity.
Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare and organize supporting documentation for financial records and audits.
Track and categorize business expenses in accordance with company policies and Vietnamese accounting regulations.
Generate financial reports and statements as requested by management.
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Yêu cầu
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
