What you will do
General accounting and bookkeeping: record daily transactions in line with accounting standards and internal policies, maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts, and complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing accurately and on time
AP and AR: review supplier invoices and process payments for local and overseas vendors, issue sales invoices, follow up on collections, and run regular AP/AR reconciliations
Bank reconciliation and cash management: reconcile bank accounts daily/monthly, monitor cash flow and bank balances, and report discrepancies to the
Finance Manager promptly
Process improvement: follow SOPs, suggest improvements, and support management reports and other ad-hoc accounting or finance tasks
What we are looking
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting or related roles
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with accounting software (SAP B1 is an advantage)
Strong attention to detail, good time management, and able to work independently
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good English reading and writing (spoken English is a plus)
