I. JOB PURPOSE

Support financial management by reviewing and processing transactions related to deposits, payment, and investments, ensuring efficient and compliant cash flow operations.

II. ACCOUNTABILITIES

Review matured deposit and fund transfer orders.
Plan fund allocation to ensure timely payments and provide available cash for investments to the Investment Department.
Make investment plans and execute investment transactions (Record and confirm all bank deposits, and transactions with external parties)
Process E-payment for custody fee, and investment. Monitor and update cashflow data.
Verify deposit contracts, obtain approval, and send them to the bank, scan and archive financial documents as required.
Record financial transactions accurately, reconcile bank accounts to ensure balance accuracy.
Make relevant reports.

III. REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experiences

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related filed.

Technical Skills

Experience in financial, banking, or accounting operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft office and knowledge of Sun system

Soft Skills

Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and coordination with departments.
Presentation skill

Personal attributes

Attention to detail, strong analytical and numerical skills
High sense of responsibility, commitment to work quality and deadlines.
Proactive, logical thinking, and strong planning skills

The accountabilities and time allocated for work portfolio will be customized depending on the business priorities periodically, and direct manager's assignment.
