Key Accountabilities:
Budget Planning and Monitoring, prepare regular reports for upper management
Business Travel Arrangement and Management (hotel, air ticket and transportation)
Manage overall administrative functions. Liaise with the landlord, cleaning service agency, office suppliers and contractors
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Handle ad-hoc related office to ensure that day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Provide logistic for company events: Outing trip, BOD Conference, Training Conference, FC Star trip, Awarding event...
Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Proactive in process enhancement and data management initiated by department needs
Other assigned tasks from time to time by Department Head
