Mô tả công việc
Manage daily operation & administrative duties:
Grab/taxi management, air ticket booking, business travel insurance.
Building access card (for employee & visitors), employee parking, car parking, electricity & water fee, register with building management for in-coming or out-coming goods, Plants fee, flower booking, Postage duties, in-going & out-going documents,...
Manage all aspects associated with the existing reception contractors and their services.
Interface with the landlord for provision of services in lease, follow up and control office rental contract.
Assist GA manager to organize events
Manage notarized documents, filing cabinets and locker keys as regulation, collect access card & sign Exit form for resigned staff.
Make announcement to staff: company's time off schedules on Holidays, Tet, etc. or building's insect spray, maintenance schedule etc...
Follow up, implement and manage contracts and timely payment for services
Make reports as assigned accurately & timely
Other tasks assigned by GA Manager
Yêu cầu
University graduate
At least 02 years of experience in general affairs or administration
Good computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel (Vlookup, Countifs, Sumifs)
Good in English (listening/speaking/reading/writing)
Capable of multi-tasks and prioritize daily workload
Teamwork spirit
