Mô tả công việc
Administration team of Lotte Properties Hanoi is looking for a General Affairs Staffs who can speak Korean.
*Job Description:
- Interpreting Korean according to the request of manager and team leader
- Responsible for translating various business related documents and interpret in meetings when required.
- Ensure smooth office operation management (including office machines, stationery, car arrangement, Taxi/Grab, etc.).
- Manage issues related to Korean experts such as apartment, Air-ticket.
- Handle administrative issues related to Visa, passport, work permit or document for Korean Expats.
- Be in charge of the payment for the general office operating expenses.
- Be the contact point & supporter for all the general affairs matters in the office.
- Other duties upon assignment by the Team leader.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree or Higher.
- Proficient in Korean (TOPIK 5 and above); Communicational English
- Able to accurately and clearly translate Korean to English/Vietnamese and vice versa both oral and written.
- Acknowledgement of SAP system is an advantage.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Korean Interpreter, Admin , and GA position.
- Experience in working for Korean companies & International Corporations with same business field (Shopping Mall, Service, Hospitality) is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
* Working place: Lotte Properties Hanoi Co., Ltd - Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho, Hanoi
* Working time: Full-time 40 hours/week, from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
