Mô tả công việc
Gear Games is seeking a reliable and proactive General Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to various departments, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a diverse range of tasks with a positive attitude.
Main Responsibilities
Coordination of construction work. Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments;
Facilities manager (by taking responsibility for the upkeep of the building);
Cooperating closely with various departments to make sure the efficiency of the company's operations;
Coordinate to set-up and manage budget for company events;
Purchasing office equipment and other devices as requested;
Welcoming visitors/ candidates by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries;
Assisting manager as requested;
Researching information;
Other daily tasks.

Yêu cầu
Minimum of 1 year experience in a General Assistant/General Affairs role, preferably in a tech company with an international mindset;
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and influencing skills;
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
Ability to manage a complex and varied workload with attention to detail;
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently and as part of a team;
Able to handle pressure and take responsibility;
Eager to learn and supportive;
Must not be allergic to cat fur, should have a love for cats and knowledge in cat care.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and influencing skills;
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite;
