• Manage Intercompany reconciliations.
• Expenses breakdown/analysis and propose solution to allocate exps, keep concept Revenues - Expenses.
• Prepare all supporting documents and other required jobs for Auditing and Tax review (monthly, quarterly, year end).
• Maintaining proper books of accounts, reconcile GLs and other statutory records in order to meet various accounting requirements.
• To present the true and fair picture to all the statutory bodies while meeting the deadlines.
• Reporting (VAS & IFRS): GLs control, Period closing, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Reconciliation- Form C, Financial report (VAS, IFRS), meeting audit requirements (2 persons).
• Employees and local Authority, VAT input, FCT, PIT, CIT Meeting Acct standards & audit requirement (4 persons).
• Breakdown and analyze data from general accounting in a managerial operational perspective.
• Process the monthly general expenses bookings and prepare of periodic reports for management control.
• Manage Intercompany reconciliations.
• Designing Internal Controls and reconciliation.
• Do other tasks from leader's requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or from a Trade/Economic University.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Audit,
General Accountant.
• Knowledge of financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP system is an advantage.
• Good command of English skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
