General Manager - Hospitality (Talent Pool)

Duties & Responsibilities:
On-site Sales & Marketing: Organize the implementation of sales on site to achieve assigned targets.
Reservation: Monitor reservation activities in the property accordance with company policies.
Front Office (reception, customer service):Be present at busy spots during peak hours to check the service quality, especially VIP guests.
Food & Beverages: Ensure food quality, decoration, sound, lighting, food hygiene and safety are accordance with approved standard.
Housekeeping: Monitor the décor, plants, interior furniture to ensure the 5-star look and feel in all areas, especially in the lobby and restaurants.
Engineering: Conduct random check the condition and quality of frontline technical systems
Security & Safety: Closely monitor the fire safety systems, rescue team and conduct training regularly for other HODs to raise their awareness of security and safety.
Landscaping: Pay attention to plants/ tree size
Transport & Recreation: Monitor closely transport time and vehicle quality to ensure 5-star service quality. Cooperate with Head Office to develop a list of recreational activities, develop service standards and control the service quality of the hotel.
