Along with the Maintenance Manager, the Production Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring health and safety codes are followed, training workers in the responsible use of machinery, identifying problems in the production line, troubleshooting equipment, and completing various tasks

Provide effective supervision, training and coaching to assigned maintenance employees to achieve the required equipment up time, equipment repairs, and production goals. Maintain department records and inventories
Work with maintenance production line to resolve technical and machine problems. Inform to maintenance manager to Schedule preventive maintenance to effectively meet production needs
Changeover in production line for meet production plan- Adjust and corrective maintenance for equipment in production line and downtime record
Supervising the equipment for manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient
Supervising and monitoring production lines and combine with production maintenance staff to develop plans that improve production quality, costs and labor required
Diagnosing problems in the production line, equipment and providing solutions and training
Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with maintenance staffs and co-workers
Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices
Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders and customer complain
Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement
Under direction of the Maintenance Manager, supervises and schedules maintenance activities for equipment in production line and maintenance staff
Inspect and oversee equipment to resolve problems related
Inspect for machineries regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads
Supervise and train maintenance staff
Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities
