5Why、特性要因図、8Dレポートなどを用いた問題解決活動の主導。
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, suppliers) to ensure quality assurance across the product
lifecycle.
生産部門、技術部門、サプライヤーと連携し、製品ライフサイクル全体での品質保証を実現。
- Handle customer claims and audits, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
顧客クレーム対応や監査への対応、原因究明および是正処置の実施。
- Conduct internal audits and support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, PDCA).
社内監査の実施および継続的改善活動(カイゼン、PDCA)への貢献。
- Create work standards and procedures
作業標準や手順書の作成。
