1. Quản lý vị trí lưu kho/ Inventory Location Management:
• Phân bổ và quản lý vị trí lưu trữ cho nguyên vật liệu, vật tư bao bì, bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm.
Assign and maintain bin locations for raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods.
• Đảm bảo hàng hóa được lưu trữ đúng vị trí theo sơ đồ kho và quy định lưu kho.
Ensure all inventory is stored in designated locations according to warehouse layout and storage procedures.
• Theo dõi tình trạng sử dụng không gian kho và hỗ trợ tối ưu hóa vị trí lưu trữ.
Monitor warehouse space utilization and support location optimization.
2. Kiểm soát giao dịch tồn kho/ Inventory Transactions Control
• Ghi nhận và cập nhật chính xác các giao dịch xuất, nhập và di chuyển hàng hóa trên hệ thống MISA/ERP/WMS.
Record and update stock movements accurately in MISA/ ERP/WMS systems.
• Kiểm tra việc chuyển kho nội bộ và đảm bảo đầy đủ chứng từ liên quan.
Verify inventory transfers between internal locations and ensure proper documentation
• Phối hợp với
nhân viên kho và lái xe nâng nhằm duy trì độ chính xác tồn kho.
Coordinate with warehouse operators and forklift drivers to maintain inventory accuracy.
3. Kiểm soát tồn kho và kiểm kê/ Inventory Accuracy & Stock Count:
• Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ và hỗ trợ các đợt kiểm kê tổng thể.
Conduct cycle counts and supports periodic physical inventory counts.
• Phối hợp xác minh nguyên nhân chênh lệch tồn kho và đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist in root cause analysis.
• Đảm bảo dữ liệu tồn kho trên hệ thống khớp với thực tế.
Ensure inventory records match physical stock.
4. Quản lý hồ sơ và tuân thủ/ Documentation & Compliance:
• Lưu trữ và quản lý đầy đủ hồ sơ, chứng từ liên quan đến tồn kho.
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Hỗ trợ các hoạt động đánh giá nội bộ, đánh giá khách hàng và kiểm toán liên quan đến tồn kho, chất lượng và an toàn thực phẩm.
Support audits related to inventory control, quality, and food safety systems.
5. An toàn và vệ sinh kho / Safety & Housekeeping:
· Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động và vận hành kho.
Follow all safety regulations and warehouse operating procedures.
· Duy trì vệ sinh, sắp xếp ngăn nắp tại khu vực phụ trách.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned warehouse areas.
· Báo cáo kịp thời các nguy cơ mất an toàn hoặc rủi ro liên quan đến hàng tồn kho.
Report any unsafe conditions or inventory risks to supervisors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
* Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Logistics, Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng,
Quản lý kho hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
* Tối thiểu 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kho vận hoặc kiểm soát tồn kho.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
* Thành thạo tiếng Anh, cả kỹ năng nói và viết.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
* Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong môi trường sản xuất hoặc thực phẩm.
Experience in manufacturing or food production environment is preferred.
* Có kỹ năng kiểm soát tồn kho và
quản lý dữ liệu chính xác.
Good inventory control and data accuracy skills.
* Có kiến thức cơ bản về hệ thống GRN/ ERP/WMS.
Basic knowledge of GRN/ ERP/WMS systems.
* Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp công việc tốt.
Good communication and coordination skills.
* Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ và có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề.
