KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Supervision:
Manage all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems at assigned buildings and project sites, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient operation.
Team Management:
Arrange shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance to site technical teams.
Preventive Maintenance:
Develop maintenance plans, monitor progress, and directly supervise scheduled maintenance and repairs carried out by subcontractors.
Reporting & Communication:
Manage technical documentation, prepare technical reports, and communicate directly with management and partners in English, including business email correspondence.
Risk Management:
Coordinate responses to technical incidents on site and ensure strict compliance with workplace safety and fire safety regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
At least
2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Technical Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Leader, within building or office facility management.
Experience with property management or facility management companies is preferred.
English Proficiency:
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and proficiency in writing reports and professional emails.
Education:
A bachelor's degree or college diploma in
Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/Refrigeration, or a related discipline.
Age & Physical Fitness:
Preferred age range
25-35
. Candidates above this range should be physically fit and willing to travel regularly between project sites.
