Mô tả công việc

Do check-in, check-out procedures for the guests
Observe guests, be attentive to their needs and serve guest in the best way.
Supervise GSOs to make sure all assigned jobs taken as standard of procedures, report higher level any incorrections found
Provide information about products and services of property to guests.
Receive external and internal calls, listen guests' feedback, complaints and requests, handle with them or inform to higher level and relevant departments for further solution. Make sure all guests' problems be followed up closely and remind GSOs to follow up pending requirements until solved.
Making some kinds of report and paper works as required
Location/ Làm việc tại: Ngo 699 Lạc Long Quân, Tây Hồ, Hà Nội

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor Degree in hospitality/Diploma or degree in English
At least 1 year experience in relevant field
Excellent verbal and written English
Effective Communicator; Good at Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Independent, high sense of integrity, problem solving.
