Responsibilities
Analyze customer briefs and ask appropriate questions to clarify the goals and issues of customers, thereby developing communication strategies / orientations, and creative briefs.
Research, analyze and gain in depth about consumer insights in particular and insights of target groups in society in general. Use these insights to create effective communication strategies.
Understand and propose appropriate communication channels (with the support of other specialized departments)
Understand the technology applications in communication, in order to propose and guide other departments
Lead the team to develop IMC integrated communication to meet customers' business, marketing, and brand goals
Work closely with creative teams to provide clear direction and inspire them teams to create good outcome
Ensure the effectiveness of the final plan presented to customers
Presenting a clear, coherent and attractive plan in the both client and internal meeting
Willing to learn new projects on media, digital and data
Regularly updated global and Vietnamese media and technology trends
Experience and Requirements
Education degree profession
2-3 years experienced in developing Online PR or Digital strategic planning
Strong in PR Strategy and Planning, quickly comprehend the requirements of different industries and is able to concisely put ideas into appealing presentations.
Previous experience in Social Media, Digital và Integrated Communication is a bonus.
Analysis, Problem Assessment: Strong Computer and Analytical Acumen and able to data mine and secure relevant information, identifying key issues and relationships from a knowledge base, relating and comparing data from different sources
Critical thinking that utilizes logic to link through ideas into strong and in-depth strategies.
Professional & efficient English communication (equivalent IELTS 6.0)
