1. Support the Local Procurement Team by assisting receiving invoice and settlement
2. Complete system-related tasks, including entering shipping details and processing invoices.
3. Communicate daily with SERVEONE America to collaborate Return and Direct shipping PO Process
4. Support the Local Procurement Team by assisting Supplier registration process
5. Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and ServeOne throughout the entire procurement process.
6. Regarding return Process, Communicate with Logistic team for proceeding each action plan.
Regarding sending RA to supplier, Receiving RA file from stakeholders, such as AP Team, send to suppliers for assuring payment is aligned with invoice.
