During this 10-month program, you will:
• Begin with a broad introduction at Nefab Headquarters and other key sites in Sweden
• Work on hands-on, meaningful projects connected to our packaging and logistics solutions
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders and mentors
• Gain cross-functional insight into how Nefab delivers customer value globally
• Complete a 2-3 months international assignment at one of our locations in the Americas, EMEA, or APAC
• Return to your base location to continue developing within Design and Engineer team
After graduating from the program in June 2027, you will step into your long-term role as Packaging
designer/ Packaging Engineer at Nefab Vietnam, where you will be responsible for packaging design and continue to grow within our global organization.
