As our Google Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be in charge of developing and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns on Google. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns, maximizing return on ad spend, and driving customer acquisition and retention. We're seeking someone with a strong background in Google performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving significant growth and driving results.
Plan and execute performance marketing strategies on Google platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value.
Plan, set up, and optimize Google advertising campaigns effectively.
Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Collaborate closely with our creative, and product & content teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
Create & Build Google Ads Asset align with Performance Data Insights, Content Angle, and Audience Target.
Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a dedicated focus on conversion-driven campaigns and a verifiable history of hitting aggressive growth targets.
Fluency in core acquisition metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, LTV) and a strong capacity to translate raw analytics into actionable campaign decisions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A strong academic record or degree from a top-tier institution is preferred.
Language Proficiency: Minimum IELTS 7.0 (or equivalent English professional fluency).
