Position Overview

As an operations intern, you will be assisting other senior team members in a multitude of activities, ranging from sales and marketing to employee engagement and development.

What does a successful Graphic Design Intern look like?
This internship is customisable to best fit your career goal. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate engaging F&B content
Design posts, edit short videos or gifs for social networks
Take photos for social posts
Design POSM (Point of Sales Material) for PJ's Coffee
Document work processes suggest periodic process improvement

What do you need?
A willingness to learn and grow
Knowledge of the F&B industry and/ or customer service
A genuine passion for coffee and delighting customers
Well-organized, detail and result-oriented, and able to multitask
A proactive and adaptive team player
Proficient in various computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, inventory management, order fulfillment, etc.
Comfortable with speaking and writing in English
