Creative & Brand Development• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for multiple hotel brands and properties within the cluster.
Ensure all designs are aligned with each brand's visual identity, guidelines and positioning.
Translate marketing campaigns, commercial offers and communication objectives into compelling visual concepts.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, activations, events and brand initiatives.
Digital Content
Design visual content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website, EDM, digital advertising and other online channels.
Create social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, promotional visuals and campaign assets.
Adapt key visuals into different formats and dimensions according to channel requirements.
Work closely with the
Digital Marketing Manager to develop engaging and platform-appropriate content.
Print & Offline Collaterals
Design marketing and operational materials including brochures, flyers, posters, menus, tent cards, signage, vouchers, invitations and event materials.
Prepare artwork according to printing specifications and coordinate with printers/vendors when required.
Ensure consistency across digital and offline brand touchpoints.
Campaign & Activation
Develop key visuals and supporting assets for hotel campaigns, seasonal promotions, F&B promotions, events and activations.
Support creative development for hotel openings, partnerships, KOL campaigns & special projects.
Create visual assets for internal & external communication.
Photography & Visual Content
Support photoshoot planning & provide creative direction for hotel lifestyle, F&B & campaign photography.
Select, retouch & organize visual assets when required.
Maintain an organized library of approved brand assets, photography and design files.
Brand Management
Ensure all creative materials follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across properties.
Work across different brand identities while maintaining clear differentiation between each hotel brand.
Collaborate with regional/corporate brand teams when required for approvals and brand compliance.
Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing,
Digital Marketing, Sales, F&B, Revenue and Operations teams.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, production houses and external creative partners.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different properties simultaneously.
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
