We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic
Designer to join our marketing team in Hanoi. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports our portfolio of D2C brands across 15+ global markets.
From eye-catching product images for e-commerce platforms to scroll-stopping social media content, you'll play a key role in shaping how millions of customers experience our brands. Design marketing materials including banners, email templates, landing page graphics, and promotional assets for campaigns
Create and edit product images for e-commerce storefronts (lifestyle shots, flat lays, infographics, size guides)
Produce engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (static posts, carousels, stories)
Design ad creatives for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms
Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and execute campaigns on tight deadlines
Retouch and enhance product photography to meet e-commerce quality standards
Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and competitor visual strategies
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or agency environment
Strong portfolio showcasing marketing materials, product imagery, and social media designs
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - this is essential
Working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design projects
Strong eye for typography, color, and composition with attention to detail
Understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements/best sizes
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic English communication skills (reading briefs, understanding references)
