Designer (Furniture, ID22832) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1100/month:
Visual Design & Lifestyle Asset Creation:
Design and produce compelling graphics, digital illustrations, and structured layouts for multi-channel marketing collaterals, including catalogues, brochures, packaging solutions, and digital media assets.
Execute professional lifestyle photo styling and editing for assigned furniture sets to enhance product market presentation.
Develop creative presentation materials and support cross-functional requests relating to visual brand presentation.
Brand Identity & Cross-Functional Operations:
Maintain consistent visual brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring strict adherence to global brand guidelines.
Manage multi-dimensional design workflows simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight delivery schedules.
Organize and maintain a well-structured digital asset library for seamless file archiving and retrieval.
Collaborate with external print vendors and photographers to guarantee high-production fidelity for marketing outputs.
Requirement
Education & Professional Background:
Male or Female, born in the 90s. Mandatory graduation with a Bachelor's or College degree in Web Design, Graphics, Applied Arts, or Industrial Arts.
4 to 5 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with strong preference given to candidates with backgrounds in indoor/outdoor furniture, gardening, or handicraft industries.
Mandatory submission: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing print and digital design projects must accompany the application.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level mastery of graphic design tools within the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) along with functional 2D/3D design capabilities.
Strong foundational command of typography, color theory, grid systems, and layout composition principles.
Language & Core Attributes:
Fluent in English across all 4 skills (Mandatory for direct collaboration with the Australian Line Manager).
Proactive, detail-oriented, autonomous, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced R&D environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Bonus Structure: Guaranteed Fixed 13th-month salary bonus annually.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday (No work on Saturdays).
Full statutory Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance contributions calculated on 100% of actual contract salary.
