- Able to design a wide range of marketing collaterals including digital ads, social media visuals, website assets, EDMs, posters, brochures, menus, signage, and in-resort materials. / Có khả năng thiết kế đa dạng các ấn phẩm marketing như digital ads, hình social media, tài sản website, EDM, poster, brochure, menu, bảng biển và các ấn phẩm trong khu nghỉ dưỡng;
- Ensure all creative work aligns with Garrya's brand guidelines and visual identity. / Đảm bảo mọi thiết kế tuân thủ bộ nhận diện thương hiệu Garrya;
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, F&B, Wellness, and Operations teams on campaigns and promotions; Phối hợp cùng các bộ phận Marketing, Sales, F&B, Wellness và Vận hành để triển khai chiến dịch và chương trình khuyến mãi;
- Localize global brand assets for the Vietnam market while maintaining brand consistency. / Nội địa hóa các thương hiệu toàn cầu phù hợp với thị trường Việt Nam, nhưng vẫn đảm bảo tính nhất quán;
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality results on deadline. / Quản lý đồng thời nhiều dự án thiết kế và đảm bảo chất lượng đúng tiến độ
- Support photo selection, basic retouching, and layout adjustments. / Hỗ trợ chọn hình, chỉnh sửa cơ bản và dàn trang khi cần;
- Prepare production-ready files for printing and digital platforms. / Chuẩn bị file thiết kế đúng chuẩn cho in ấn và các nền tảng số.
Yêu cầu
- Proven experience in graphic design (years of experience OR strong portfolio).
- Proficiency with design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus optional tools like Figma, Canva, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of preparing files for print and digital output.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good communication skills (to work with departments or clients).
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
