Job Description
The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Account team to gather client debrief. He/ She will take part in brainstorming sessions and propose ideas based on the creative brief. This role is also in charge of ensuring that visual creation incorporates successful branding perspectives and strategies.
Responsibilities
Support Art Director working with Account team to get debrief of clients, visual objectives and other requirements about key message and branding strategy (format and style, material supply, brand insights, guidelines and targeted audiences) using design brief form;
Take part in brainstorming with team to produce ideas/concept based on creative brief; visualize ideas into an appealing presentation deck;
Visual production which conveys key message of brand mood and tones effective branding angles and strategy;
Advice client & internal team about visual solution in campaign;
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts;
Presenting ideas and concepts in internal and with clients when required;
Other related tasks upon request.
Requirements
Major in graphic designer or multi-media designer;
At least 2 years of experience performing as a Designer in agencies;
Had experience and artistic mindset of various categories in advertising industry;
Always keep up-to-date with industry best-practice, new technologies, and trends;
Proficient in using graphic design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD...);
Knowledge in Sketch, After Effect, Video Editing, UI/UX, film/video making is an advantage;
Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects;
Clear, creative, and supportable;
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude;
Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate.
