Responsibilities:
1. Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, packaging, advertisements, and digital media.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to ensure designs effectively convey the desired message.
3. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
4. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative and creative ideas into design projects.
5. Work closely with the product development team to create visually appealing packaging designs that enhance the overall product presentation.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure design projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
7. Conduct regular quality checks on design outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
9. Maintain a digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files for easy access and retrieval.
10. Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure high-quality production and execution of design projects.
