Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities will include:
- To ensure BIS HCMC maintains its unique recognisable, positively viewed, strong and engaging brand within the school community and to prospective parents.
- To work closely with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to develop a good understanding of the schools' brand guidelines and identity and be able to put these into practice and adapt these across all areas of design work.
- To take on design briefs given by the Marketing Manager to develop concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both digital, print and painted media, developing the right style and layout for each project.
- To support the design of all marketing collateral for the school, including social media, website, publications, advertising, posters, banners, presentations, newsletters ensuring they are effectively branded, visually eye-catching, appeal to their target audiences, and aligned to the BIS HCMC brand identity.
- To work with different departments to design school visuals for all areas across the school's three campuses.
- To work with Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer in promoting the use of the school's brand identity throughout the school by editing and adapting design templates, presentations, and assets.
- To support in the design, layout and production of the annual school yearbook.
- To liaise with internal (all staff) and external (suppliers and vendors), as needed, at all stages of publication and delivery to ensure the delivered product is of a high quality and fully meets the design brief.
- To liaise with printers and painters at all stages of production, publication and delivery and ensure the quality and timeline of the service and product delivery meet the brief.
- Working hour: from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5 pm
- Venue: 246 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City.
- SI, HI, UI as regulation (10,5% on gross salary); medical insurance from Generali
- Lunch Allowance 48,000đ/day
- Club for sports and extra activities after working hour for Union Members
- At least 20 days of annual leave during school holidays and 3 personal leave
