Report to: Art Director, Associate Creative Director
I. Job Description:
Collaborate with the Creative and Account teams to receive, analyze, and develop design concepts for integrated marketing campaigns (IMC).
Create key visuals, digital ads, social posts, POSM, brochures, and other printed materials.
Support the design process for video ads, TVCs, and viral clips when working with production houses.
Ensure consistency in visual style and brand identity according to client guidelines.
Stay updated on design trends and apply them effectively to enhance communication outcomes.
II. Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in graphic design at an agency or a similar environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and awareness of contemporary design trends.
Basic understanding of branding, social media, and content production processes with production houses.
Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
A portfolio showcasing previous projects.
