A Graphic
Designer creates visual assets that communicate a brand's message across digital platforms, including:
• Websites and mobile applications.
• Social media, online banners, and digital ads.
• Designing hero banners for websites, mobile apps, and key annual events.
• Creating landing pages for seasonal or campaign-based events.
• Designing icons and visual themes that align with the brand's identity and style.
They work closely with product, content, and brand teams to ensure all visuals reflect the company's goals and visual standards.
• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for websites, apps, and event visuals.
• Design hero banners, landing pages, animated banners, and themed event graphics.
• Create icon sets and visual styles consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product and content teams to optimize user experience.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
• Produce design variants to support A/B testing and UX experiments.
• Stay up to date with design trends, motion graphics, and new tools.
• Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for websites, apps, and event visuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic or digital product design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and UI/UX principles.
• Ability to design web, app, and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of animation or the ability to describe motion/interactions for
developers is a strong plus.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating creativity, consistency, and brand alignment.
