I. JOB PURPOSE
The
Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality visual assets that elevate INSEEs brand experience across all channels. This role combines strong graphic design skills with video editing capabilities and the ability to leverage modern AI design tools. The Designer will translate brand guidelines into compelling creative outputs, develop visual concepts, and proactively contribute to creative direction.
II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Creative Asset Development (60%)
+ Design key visual assets for campaigns, events, digital platforms, and product communication.
+ Produce and edit videos, motion graphics, and short-form content.
+ Apply AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
+ Ensure all deliverables comply with INSEE brand guidelines.
2. Brand Creative Direction & Concepting (30%)
+ Translate brand strategy and creative direction into compelling concepts.
+ Proactively propose creative ideas and visual directions for campaigns and product storytelling.
+ Develop mood boards, style frames, and visual guidelines for internal use.
+ Maintain up-to-date understanding of design trends and competitor benchmarks.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Production Support (10%)
+ Work closely with Brand activation, Event, and External Agencies to create unified visuals.
+ Adapt designs for multiple formats (OOH, POSM, digital, in-store, event backdrops, internal com).
+ Provide design support during production, printing, event setup, and vendor coordination.
+ Ensure versioning, file management, and handover meet technical and production standards.
