The Mission
We're looking for a Senior / Mid Graphic
Designer who's visually strong, creatively sharp, and patient enough to do things properly.
This role is for someone who understands that in healthcare, one small detail can matter a lot - and is willing to go the extra mile to get it right.
What You'll Do
1.Design & Visual Thinking
Turn ideas, copy, and strategies into clear, convincing visual executions.
Design across social, digital campaigns, key visuals, OOH, POSM, and static-led motion assets.
Build visuals that are not only creative, but also easy to understand and hard to misinterpret.
2. Craft & Execution (Where the Real Work Happens)
Create clean, well-structured layouts with strong typography and spacing.
Adapt designs carefully across formats, sizes, and phases of a campaign.
Review, refine, and polish work - because "almost right" isn't right enough.
Manage revisions patiently and consistently, even when feedback comes in rounds
3.Teamwork
Work closely with Copywriters to make sure visuals and words truly support each other.
Collaborate with Motion Designers &
Video Editors for smooth campaign rollouts.
For Senior level: help juniors develop not just taste, but discipline and attention to detail.
