Job Description:
We seek a skilled Marketing Designer to handle 2D design and mascot creation. Responsibilities include crafting visually compelling 2D graphics for digital and print media and developing unique, engaging mascots that enhance brand identity. The role involves collaborating with marketing teams to ensure designs align with strategic goals and brand guidelines, managing multiple projects, and staying updated on design trends. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong creative skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute 2D design concepts and mascot for the company.
Create comprehensive 2D designs for events, including concepts, program logos, key visuals, photobooths, banners, standees, posters, and layouts.
Design and produce marketing and event materials such as posters, brochures, leaflets, backdrops, banners, standees, POSM, and brand identity systems to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate on internal event materials based on requests from event organizers and other departments.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all design tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in graphic design.
Strong aesthetic sense; photography skills are a plus.
Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Sketch, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and related applications.
Ability to work well in a team and provide support.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for design content and idea translation.
Energetic, creative, open-minded, and good communicator.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Agile and adaptable to changes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
