JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive accounting vouchers, check and review their validity and compliance, and record accounting entries into software (60%).
Support drafting Loan Agreements / Loan Liquidations, monitoring and updating cash flow progress, calculating loan interest, and issuing Loan invoices when arising (20%).
Support retrieving and explaining/clarifying vouchers upon requests from Tax authorities and Auditors (10%).
Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned (10%)
JOB REQUIREMENT
Final-year student majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related majors
Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Advanced skills such as Power BI
Good at English (both writing and speaking)
Clear communication and presentation skills
Good listening and learning ability
Professional and friendly attitude
Professional ethics
WHAT WE OFFER
Internship allowance: 4.000.000 VND/month
Be guided and involved in practical accounting processes at the Company, including receiving, verifying vouchers, and making accounting entries.
Participate in the period-end closing process, financial statement preparation, annual tax finalization, and audit reporting.
Join internal training activities organized by the Finance Department and Group Holdings with relevant topics.
