About the role: The Talent Acquisition Executive role will support Group TA team in three main approaches: direct recruitment, employer branding and Human Resource Management System operations (HRMS). This role works closely with both internal stakeholders (HR departments at subsidiaries level) and external stakeholders (recruitment agencies, universities, corporate partners).
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment Support: (30%)
- Being in charge of end-to-end hiring process for associate levels, coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, hosting candidates, gathering feedbacks in order to improve candidates' experiences during the hiring process.
- Delivering recruitment news and updating opening positions to both internal and external audiences through job posting channels (LinkedIn/Joboko/ Jobokos)
- Supporting in sourcing & mapping and recruitment report if necessary.
2. Employer Branding: (30%)
- Actively seeking employer branding opportunities and supporting employer branding activities to increase the brand awareness of Openasia Group and subsidiaries
- Creating content to promote Openasia and subsidiaries' images and deliver the core values of the organizations to external audiences through social media
- Acting as contact point in working with corporate partners and representing Openasia spirit through professionalism and regard.
3. Human Resource Management System (HRMS) (30%)
- Supporting in the standardization and operations of recruitment function in the HRMS, including managing candidate database and hiring procedures
- Frequently updating new opening positions in Openasia Career Site and coordinate with intercom team to contribute inputs for content display in general business information and corporate culture activities
4. Other tasks assigned by line managers (10%)

• Bachelor or higher education in Human Resources, Business Management or relate fields
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR field, especially is in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and human-centric mindset.
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
