Mô tả công việc
The main responsibilities of the Growth Hacker/ Lead Generation include:
• Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking;
• Sending personal, strategic, value-add emails, outbound calls, and social messages (no copying and pasting);
• Secure qualified meetings for our Account Executives;
• Respond to inbound inquiries and emails;
• Research accounts and build a strategic target accounts list;
• Manage the CRM system (Hubspot) to provide metrics on leads.
• Develop and/or implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers through various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, advertising, industry-specific conferences/events, podcasts, webinars and performance ads
• Conduct research and analysis, providing insights and recommendations about potential market to Marketing and Sales team
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to create compelling and targeted content assets such as blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, and case studies to attract and engage leads
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, website traffic, email open rates, and click-through rates to optimize lead generation efforts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, identify content gaps, and align content with lead generation goals
• Research and identify new lead generation opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives
1. CRM Management:
• Utilize marketing automation tools (Hubspot) to manage lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, and lead scoring
• Work closely with the sales team to understand their lead requirements, provide regular lead updates, and optimize lead handoff processes
• Maintain data accuracy within CRM system and optimize processes and workflows within the CRM
2. Campaign Management:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and content marketing
• Define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
• Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures to ensure ROI
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
3. Website Management:
• Collaborate with team to leverage and manage website content and landing pages
• Monitor website performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics using analytics tools and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Optimize website content for search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience (UX), including keyword research, and metadata optimization to improve lead capture and conversion rates
4. Communication and Reporting:
• Highlight key metrics, achievements, and challenges, providing regular updates to management
• Provides clear updates and action items to team

Yêu cầu công việc
Must have:
• A bachelor's degree
• Excellent written and oral English proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem-solving nature
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt content style and tone to different audiences and channels
• Motivated, can-do attitude, problem solver, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
• 1+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development is a plus
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce and Pardot (or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms)
• Tech Savvy - love software, tech and excited to learn new software;
• Desire to be in a software sales (full cycle) position as a career progression;
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and lead generation
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content for lead generation efforts
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges
