• 5+ years in network management,
business development, partnerships, or programme operations ideally in research, technology, or ecosystem-building contexts.
• A track record of designing and executing membership, partnership, or community-growth strategies.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across government, academia and industry.
• Bachelor's degree or above; background in science, technology, policy or business development is a plus.
• You don't need a quantum physics background. You do need to learn fast and operate credibly in technical and policy environments.
• Strong with productivity frameworks (OKRs, KPI tracking, sprint planning) and tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Jira or similar).
• What will make you stand out: existing relationships in Vietnam's research and innovation ecosystem; experience with national-level networks, innovation centres, or government-backed technology initiatives; familiarity with the global quantum / deep-tech policy landscape; French or Japanese a plus.
