We're looking for a Product Growth Manager to help grow our consumer apps in international markets. Your mission is to drive sustainable growth by improving the product itself-not simply by executing marketing campaigns. You will identify opportunities, develop and validate solutions, and collaborate closely with engineers,
designers, and marketers to deliver measurable impact.
📍 Location: Thu Duc, HCMC

💰 Salary range: 25-50M gross/month, depending on experience and qualifications
🎯 What you'll do:
Analyze user behavior: Track product metrics, understand how users interact with our products, and identify pain points and growth opportunities.
Improve the product experience: Optimize onboarding, encourage users to return, and increase feature usage through product improvements, rewards, and notifications.
Run experiments and measure results: Develop hypotheses, plan and conduct A/B tests, and analyze results to identify changes that deliver meaningful improvements.
Optimize monetization: Explore ways to improve revenue from advertising, rewards, and other features while balancing business performance with user experience.
Drive growth initiatives across teams: Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize opportunities, turn ideas into action, and measure the impact of improvements.
✅ What we're looking for:
At least 2 years of relevant experience with mobile apps, web services, or digital products.
Experience analyzing user behavior and translating insights into product improvements.
Understanding of product metrics such as Activation, Retention, and Conversion.
A basic understanding of A/B testing and experimentation.
The initiative to identify problems, generate ideas, and propose solutions instead of simply waiting for instructions or ideas from others.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a sense of ownership.
The ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams to turn ideas into practical improvements.
Able to use English for work, including meetings, discussions, and written documentation.
You'll have an advantage if you have:
Experience with Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
Experience proposing UI/UX improvements or working with Figma.
Experience growing reward apps, games, or social apps.
Knowledge of gamification, behavioral psychology, and app monetization models.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to build prototypes, internal tools, or workflow automations.
