Role Description This is a full-time Growth & Seeding Marketer role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The role involves planning and executing growth campaigns to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels. The Growth & Seeding Marketer will design and run experiments, manage seeding activities in relevant communities and platforms, and track performance through analytics tools.
Day-to-day tasks include developing growth strategies, optimizing funnels, monitoring web and marketing analytics, collaborating with product and content teams, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. The role also requires staying current with growth marketing trends and proposing new tactics to improve lead generation and overall growth performance.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with experience designing and executing data-informed experiments.
Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics, including using dashboards and metrics to evaluate and optimize campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Lead Generation across digital channels, including community seeding, paid and organic tactics.
Ability to develop and optimize growth funnels, working closely with product, content, and sales teams.
Comfort with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and basic data interpretation for decision-making.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing multiple experiments and campaigns at once.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is beneficial; familiarity with the Vietnamese digital landscape is a plus.
